Dan worked for the CIA as a Polygraph Examiner and Special Investigator, learned coaching working for Tony Robbins, and has helped people change since 2001. His book "Is He Lying To You?" is translated into 23 languages, and he speaks and appears in national media.

Both. Dan is an ICF-certified coach who learned coaching working for Tony Robbins, and a certified hypnotherapist. Coaching sets the goals and the plan; hypnosis changes the subconscious patterns that keep getting in the way.
Can we meet online?
Yes. Sessions are one‑on‑one, in person in Fairfax or online, so they fit around a busy schedule and travel.
How many sessions?
It depends on your goals. Dan sets a plan in the first session and gives you tools to use between sessions, so the change keeps building.
